Similar to the classic NY bagel but with a sourdough twist.
We use both a sourdough and yeasted pre-ferment creating a depth of flavour with a balanced consistent texture. Each bagel is hand-shaped then blanched in a dark molasses bath, giving them a gently sweet, burnished crust and a soft, chewy centre.

A hearty classic French loaf made with a blend of organic stone ground wholemeal wheat, organic stone ground dark rye and wheat flours.
Whilst not technically a sourdough, due to the little bakers yeast added, it is very similar. A rye levain brings a depth of flavour and thanks to the slow fermentation it creates a more digestible loaf.
Earl Grey soaked raisins and candied peel are in abundance in this milk and butter enriched dough creating these wonderfully light and fluffy teacakes. Perfect just lightly toasted and spread with a little butter.

A crunch medley of toasted oats, pumpkin, sunflower and chia seeds, cashew nuts, flaked almonds, dried apricots and cranberries, a touch of cinnamon and ginger, clustered together with a perfectly balanced sourdough and maple syrup blend.
A long name but deservedly so, there are so many good flavours in these it was unfair not to give them the limelight they deserve. Don’t let the nutty browned butter know though.

A bread not for the faint hearted.
A 100% Rye bread, naturally leavened packed with sesame seeds and coated with malted rye grains for that extra crunch and flavour.
Our preference is to slice this one thinly with a light spread of cream cheese. If you are feeling a little extravagant then add some smoked salmon and a sprig of dill.
Our House Sourdough is made with a blend of white, rye and spelt flours, naturally fermented for depth of flavour and character. Expect a crisp crust, an open crumb and a balanced, gently tangy finish.
Our Seeded Sourdough is the same base dough as the House Sourdough but packed with a diverse and nutritious helping of seeds and grains. We add, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, millet seeds and oats to this wholesome and hearty fella.
If you don’t think you’ll get through it all then slice the loaf up, pop in a freezer bag and freeze, it makes for incredible toast.
