We take our House Sourdough base, a blend of white, rye and spelt flours, and level this up with the addition of cheddar and jalapenos.

This sourdough has a medium level of heat and eaten warm or toasted it is something else, no need for further toppings here……… If you must, we recommend toasting, then popping a couple of poached eggs on top, season and finish with a drizzle of hot sauce for a brunch dish with a twist.

These don’t last long so be sure to hide yourself a slice or two.
