Based on a traditional Italian bread Panmarino, soft and moist on the inside and a crisp outer crust, this sourdough is made with a blend of white flours, a touch of honey, extra virgin olive olive, juicy plump overnight soaked raisins and finally the key ingredient, fresh rosemary.
This sourdough is unbelievably moreish, its fabulous with cheese (creamy & rich or salty & sharp both work well - Italian, naturally!).
I’ve even been told peanut butter works well on this one too!
